It will take some time to establish an up to date position regarding the outstanding task orders at Randalstown Central Primary School. My Estate Operations Team will forward this to you as soon as it is received from the Education Authority (EA).
In relation to minor works, the EA has advised that:
a scheme for safeguarding works has been initiated - the technical feasibility report is in the process of being finalised;
a scheme to upgrade the roof and windows will commence in January 2022 with completion on site by 31 March 2022; and
a partial resurfacing scheme is planned for delivery in the 2022/23 financial year, subject to the availability of planned recurrent funding.
