Answer
My Department currently regulates five incineration plants in Northern Ireland under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (NI) 2013, and these are: PSNI Seapark Incinerator (P064/05A), Veolia Water Sewage Sludge Incinerator (P0081/05A), Full Circle Generation (P0446/14A), Tyrone Energy Limited (P0374/11A), and Evermore Renewable Energy (P0387/12A).
The five plants are all operating and there are no plants currently operating under capacity.
