Answer
The Department’s Autumn Report to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council includes details of the capital projects programmed for delivery in the current financial year, and those that were under consideration for delivery in 2022/23. This report is published on my Department’s website, with the link provided below for your convenience, and is also available to view in the Assembly library:
https://www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/sites/default/files/publications/infrastructure/interim-council-report-antrim-and-newtownabbey-202122.PDF
Work is currently ongoing to further develop my Department’s 2022/23 capital works programme and following confirmation of the 2022/23 budget settlement, details of the finalised works programmes will be included in my Department’s 2022/23 Annual Report to Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. It will also be published on the Department’s website and placed in the Assembly Library after it has been presented to the council, which normally occurs during the summer months.
In addition, the table below also provides details of Water and Wastewater capital projects currently being developed by NI Water to the value of approximately £23m:

Translink also has the following capital investment works planned for the South Antrim constituency during the period 2022/23 to 2023/24 subject to confirmation of capital funding and the necessary business case approvals being secured.

| Track Flooding Intervention - Kilmakee Emergency Works | 0.7 |
I have also invested in both the bus and rail network that will see service improvements to the South Antrim area during the 2022/23 financial year. This includes delivery of new low emission buses; new Goldline vehicles; and the introduction of the longer six car Class 4000 trains as well as bus safety upgrade works at Antrim and Ballyclare Bus Station. Going forward, there is planned track refurbishment and signalling work on the rail network within the constituency area.
