Answer
The Department is currently developing an Active Travel Network Delivery Plan for the North, which includes a full update of our design guidance and proposed active travel network plans for our largest towns and cities. We plan to consult on draft proposals for the Active Travel Network Plan later in 2024, subject to successful completion of a Strategic Environmental Assessment. When complete, the plan will complement the Belfast Cycling Network Delivery Plan and the Strategic Plan for Greenways to provide our teams with a firm basis for the future prioritisation of active travel infrastructure investment and delivery.
In the interim, I would also refer the Member to the current council reports that provide details of schemes in delivery- https://www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/articles/list-council-reports-202324
